John E. Devito

Boston criminal defense attorney John E. DeVito served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army from 1971 to 1974. During his service, he participated in the JAG Program where he defended Army personnel on trial for misdemeanor charges. Mr. DeVito began his official legal career in 1977 as an Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.

Mr. DeVito opened a private practice criminal law firm in Boston in 1979 and has continued to defend individuals facing criminal charges for the past 30 years. Anthony Visconti

Mr. Visconti began practicing in 1979, and has served as an advocate and advisor in hundreds of family law, probate, elder law, and bankruptcy cases. He routinely serves as counsel to guardians appointed by the probate court, serves as a legal guardian, and assists local probate courts as a Guardian ad Litem by conducting investigations for the court in guardianship and estate cases.

In 2000, Mr. Visconti was appointed Justice of the Peace.
