Not Guilty on OUI, Beat the Breathalizer Test:
"John did an excellent job for us, getting what we know is a difficult "not guilty" for our son on an OUI charge by showing that our son was not impaired and by successfully challenging the breathalizer result (0.09%), arguing that the duration of the blowing caused expulsion of not only lung but also stomach air that artificially inflates the numbers and does not accurately reflect alcohol levels in the blood. Mr. DeVito hepled me with what could have been an awful situation. He wasn't officially my lawyer and had my case moved from a judge to a clerk's level. This saved my case from going public.
